Taco Stuffed Shells

a list of ingredients
large pasta shells (12 oz.)
1 pound beef mince

1 taco seasoning packet

a third of a cup of water

1 1/2 cups salsa in a jar, divided

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drain the pasta shells after cooking them according to the package recommendations.
Brown the ground beef thoroughly in the pot.
Remove the excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and water, and simmer until the water has evaporated.
1 cup salsa and 3/4 cup cheese, combined
Place the remaining salsa and cheese on top of the large pasta shells.
Bake for 15 minutes in a covered pan.
