Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients are as follows:

+For up to four people:


°Carrots, 400 g


potatoes, °4 (Agata)


°3 tsp fruity extra virgin olive oil


1 garlic clove


1 ginger root


1 sprinkle of black pepper


1 teaspoon coriander powder


°1 tsp cumin


1 cinnamon sprig


°Pepper salt



Garlic should be peeled and chopped.


Combine the spices and add the garlic, minced.


Vegetables were also peeled and washed.


Carrots and potatoes should be cut into sticks and cubes.


Pour the oil into a mixing dish and stir in the spice mix, salt, and pepper.


Stir in the veggies to coat them with the spices.


Preheat the oven to th.7 degrees (210 degrees).


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Allow the vegetables to simmer for 30 minutes, turning them occasionally.
