Pico de Gallo

ingredients:

 

 

1 tomato °

 

°2 onions (green)

 

2 teaspoons coriander, chopped

 

a dash of salt

 

lemon juice (degrees)

 

 

 

* Steps to get ready:

 

 

 

The tomatoes should be washed and chopped into small cubes.

 

Onions should be thinly sliced.

 

Toss the tomatoes with the chopped onion and coriander in a mixing bowl.

 

Stir in the salt and lemon juice once more.

 

Place the dish on a plate and serve.
