Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Recipe


2 pound Jumbo Shrimp
2 celery stalks (sliced thin)
1 jalapeno (seeded, finely chopped)
1 cucumber, sliced (chopped)
2 avocadoes (peeled, pitted, chopped)
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 small white or yellow onion, diced (finely chopped)
2 lemons (juice & zest)
a single orange (juice & zest)
Tomato Juice, 11.5 oz.
Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup)
2 cloves garlic (grated)
Favorite Spicy Sauce (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
