Ingredients
2 pound beef (ground)
2 garlic cloves, minced
12 tsp. onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, chopped into bite-sized pieces
a dozen eggs
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
a quarter teaspoon of salt
14 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 box (12 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, split
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) before beginning (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.. 5 to 7 minutes, cook and stir meat with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly. Drain and dispose of the grease.
Step 3 Line the bottom of a 913-inch casserole pan with meat. Mix in the bacon bits thoroughly.
Step 4 In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Step 5 Place the beef and bacon on top of the egg mixture. Add the remaining 4 ounces of cheese on top.
Step 6 Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown on top.
