Homemade salsa pecante

INGREDIENTS

2 morita peppers (optional)

1 jalapeno pepper4 tomatoes

 

1 onion

 

two garlic cloves

 

Coriander

 

Chicken broth or water

 

Squeezed lemons

 

alternative and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Put the chilies in a bag to sweat and then peel easily, much like the previous five ingredients. After that, combine everything, season to taste, and enjoy.
It’s best to keep it in the refrigerator, and if you’re going to eat it right away, warm it up a little.
