Homemade Meatloaf

°600 g beef mince

eggs °2 °Breadcrumbs (1/2 glass) 1 (240 mL) glass

1/2 onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, smashed

°12 bunch parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons milk

+garnish with salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons ketchup

mustard, °1 C.

Place the minced meat in a large mixing basin. Add all of the ingredients listed in the first section on top of that. To ensure that everything is well combined, mix everything thoroughly.
Cover a cake pan with aluminum foil (it needs to be quite large to cover all of the meat).

Form a huge sausage out of the meat mixture and set it in the cake mold, ketchup and mustard mixture on top. Cover the meatloaf well with foil and bake for at least 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Using a knife blade, poke the meatloaf with the aluminum foil; it should come out extremely dry.

If not, cover the meatloaf now to ensure a beautiful browning.
If you believe it’s missing anything, add some ketchup and mustard and let it brown.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool somewhat before removing the mold. Have fun!
